Development
RIKAI Labs have developed tools to simplify the chatbot development process, including custom scripting languages and natural language processing back-end.
We can quickly develop a prototype to test out the bot concept, and then continue to refine the content and work with our client to develop the first '1.0' release of the bot.
Operations
Because our bots have a 'learning loop' they will keep improving over time. But often customers will run special campaign promotions with our bots.
We can support a content marketing agency to continue updating, or assign a team from our side for content updates and operations. Either way we are always available for consulting on fun new features!
Hosting
We generally host the bots for our customers in our China based cloud. We take care of all server maintenance, security, database, backups, and dev ops.
If required for compliance reasons we also offer an 'on premises' solution where clients can self-host our entire stack in their own cloud.
Pricing
We usually charge an initial setup fee, and then on-going monthly charge.
We have done projects with a high-level of custom engineering down to pure 'SaaS' type projects where the client has completely built their own bot just using our platform. Please get in touch for an estimate.
